Charles Gao graduated with a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney. With nearly ten years of experience in the real estate rental industry, he has developed extensive knowledge in residential leasing and property management.

Charles is highly experienced in all aspects of the rental process, from tenant screening and lease management to maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants. He places great importance on building trust and long-term relationships with clients, and is known for his professionalism, reliability, and attentive service.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is also passionate about outdoor activities, particularly skiing and rock climbing, which reflect his energetic and adventurous spirit.
